Hey 👋🏽

We just shipped two of the most requested integrations—Confluence and Guru are now available as Knowledge Sources for Front AI!

If your team relies on Confluence pages or Guru cards, you can now plug that knowledge directly into Copilot and Autopilot to generate more accurate, on-brand responses.

Why try it out?

  • Turn existing docs into AI-ready knowledge (no rewriting needed)
  • Improve answer accuracy with your team’s real source of truth
  • Keep responses consistent across agents and channels

Get started quickly

  • Go to Front AI > Knowledge Sources in Front
  • Select Confluence or Guru as a third party source
  • Choose the cards, pages, or collections you want to sync
  • Start using your knowledge in AI replies

A few quick tips to get the most value:

  • Start small: sync a high-quality space or collection (e.g. FAQs, product docs)
  • Prioritize clean, well-structured content over volume
  • Avoid outdated or duplicate pages—AI is only as good as what you feed it
  • Test with real conversations and iterate

We’d love your feedback 🙏
If you try Confluence or Guru, let us know:

  • What you synced
  • What improved (or didn’t)
  • Anything missing or surprising

Your input will directly shape what we build next!

We have our Confluence access restricted by IP. When I try to add Confluence to Front it connects, but no spaces are listed for me to choose for syncing. Is that a known limitation with IP filtering? Are there dedicated IPs on Front’s side we could allow access from?
