You can now configure servers with variable subdomains. This enables your apps to connect to APIs with customer-specific endpoints (e.g. Salesforce, Shopify, Netsuite) or support different regions or production environments.

During setup, the developer specifies what part of the origin is a variable, and then during installation of your app, Front admins supply the specific subdomain value.
