We're looking for customers who want to help shape Front's no-code Connectors framework, integrations, App Store, API, and SDK features - and get early access in the process. These may sound technical, but we’re looking for any customers who are interested in connecting Front to their external systems, such as your CRM, order management system, TMS, proprietary databases, and more.
What is a Design Partner?
Design partners are customers who work closely with our team to test, refine, and influence these capabilities before they're widely released. You'll get early access to new features, participate in feedback sessions, and help us understand what works (and what doesn't) for real-world use cases.
What you’ll get access to:
- Beta access: Try new Connectors features, integrations, App Store improvements, and API capabilities before general release
- Workshops & feedback sessions: Share your thoughts on what you're building, barriers you face, and features you need (typically 30-60 minutes)
- Direct influence: Your feedback directly shapes our roadmap and feature development
Who should apply:
- Teams interested in connecting Front to external services, whether you’re actively doing so or have struggled to do this in the past. If you would find value in out-of-the-box App Store integrations, building your own custom integrations, using our no-code Connectors framework to quickly bring external services into your existing Front workflows without writing code...then we’re looking for you! So long as you’re interested in trying these features, you don’t already need to be using them.
What we're looking to learn:
- How you're thinking about integrations and automation in Front
- Barriers preventing you from adopting Connectors, APIs, native or custom integrations
- Features you wish existed to help you integrate with your external systems
- What's working well (and what isn't)
