Is the autopilot improvement applicable to the chatbot workflows?!-->

 

Yes, the Autopilot workflows discussed are available omnichannel, including for chat channels. The updates are currently available for Autopilot add-on customers, and you can start a 14-day free trial of Autopilot at any time here.

Autopilot workflows: Is this able to replicate my way of writing? I find that often AI is more flowery than I express myself, so it's a give away that that I didn't write something myself!-->

 

We recently made updates to AI replies (both autoreplies and suggested replies) to automatically match your company’s tone. Tone is matched based on your history of sent messages that Autopilot is analyzing, so it should match your tone today, though we’re constantly improving on this. If you have specific feedback about it, please report it to our support team!

At the moment, there are no immediate plans to integrate with 8x8, however we encourage you to upvote the related product request so our team can track the request.

Are there plans to create Connectors to Oracle?!-->

 

At the moment, we currently do not have immediate plans to build a pre-built Connector for Oracle. You can build your own custom Connector for Oracle following the instructions article here or follow along with our Connectors Front Academy course.

Will there be an integration for Zoho?!-->

 

We do currently have a plugin integration for Zoho, but no immediate plans to build a pre-built Connector for Zoho.

You can build your own custom Connector for Zoho following the instructions here or learn more with our Connectors Academy course
