Note on Autopilot Playbooks: Playbooks is a separate Autopilot feature that allows you to run defined, complex workflows through Resolve such as having back-and-forth conversations or collecting customer information. It is available on a rolling basis to Autopilot users and not available in self-serve setup to all users yet (request through the waitlist if you’d like access).
