Using Front with ChatBase

Hi

I’m looking at linking Front to ChatBase which we successfully use to help Front build knowledge for replies so I’d be keen if anyone has some experience with that.

The pro’s and con’s 😀

    Hey there! 

    Phoebe here with the Front team. I’ll let the community weigh in on whether they’ve built a workflow between Front < > Chatbase, but I also want to flag some options for connecting the two systems. 

    If you have engineering resources, option 1 would be to set up a custom integration. More on that here. 

    If you don’t, a no-code tool like Zapier would be a great option for connecting the systems. You can read more about how Front and Chatbase connect through Zapier here.
