Hello, 

i would like to ask if it’s possible to import the users’ emails to Front.

    Front should allow you to import your email history with gmail or Office 365

      Gmail/Microsoft 365 Inbox Import
       

      “When you connect a Gmail or Office 365 account as a shared inbox or individual inbox in Front, you can choose to import the most recent 50,000 messages.”   Note:  Information on importing SMTP email via Front’s API can be found here.
