Mac Email Notifications

I am not receiving any email notifications on my Mac, using the Front 3.57.5 app. I have enabled all notifications in the app. I have enabled banner notifications on my Mac. I do receive Front calendar notifications with no problem, but never any email notifications. The closest I get is a badge on the icon. Any thoughts here?

My first suggestion would be to check what your notification settings look like and ensure they are activated: https://help.front.com/en/articles/2174

There are some different requirements outlined in that guide that you might need to check depending on your OS and whether you use the browser or desktop app.

🤦🏽 Notifications were muted under my profile… That is the setting I was lacking. I had the mute scheduler on but did not notice the other setting to mute all the time. Thanks!
