Hello,

Is there any way to create an automation on emails, to say if it has been printed by a user? Our emails are our orders and it’s important these don’t get duplicated. If when a user clicks print, it would be great if this could be noted on the ticket?

Hi ​@sheona_mcque, we don’t have the ability to create an automation based on a ‘print’ user action. A simple suggestion, have the users add a comment or tag to the conversation after they print the conversation/message.
