Give this a try. We are using a dynamic variable to verify if they are a contact or not. If they aren’t then you add a tag.

Imagine a customized AI, that recognized the types of emails we receive, and combined that with Business Intelligence (BI) sources (Zoom, LinkedIn, BBB, etc., to identify the sender, their company and industry.  It could then recommend the most appropriate response and workflow to maximize customer satisfaction.  If the email is a prospect, it could suggest a response tailored to convert them into a new customer!
