Hi All,

I am curious to know how you handle emails that needs to be moved into a shared inbox with lengthy comments? Is there a maximum number of letters capacity? Is moving emails with comments the best practice when handing over partially actioned emails to another team? Or @mention works better?

There should not be any limit on characters for comments - when you move a conversation to another inbox, the whole conversation (including comments) is moved, so these would be moved seamlessly.

We don’t have a best practice to recommend here as the situation may depend on your internal workflows, but @mentions are definitely a good option to consider!

You may want to keep in mind that moving a conversation to a shared inbox cannot be reversed but you can remove participants from a conversation in an individual inbox if necessary!
