I am new in front and was wondering if it is possible to extract data from the incoming email and then create a list of the clients with some custom fields. for example:

Client Name Email Phone Tour Date Tour Language Booking Platform Special Notes Custom Fields

John Doe john.doe@example.com +123456789 2025-02-01 English GetYourGuide Dietary restrictions: Vegan Voucher Code: GYG12345.

Hi Ervin! This workflow may be possible, depending on what plan your company uses. You could utilize dynamic variables in Rules to extract the data, and use the condition ‘add to contact list’.
