change default send settings

Hi Ido. Isaiah here from the Support team 👋 Great question. At this time, we don’t have the option to change the default send button while using ticketing statuses. However, our team is open to gathering feedback on what works best for you and your team. You can share any suggestions here- https://community.front.com/ideas! Happy to answer any other questions! 

It is possible to change Send as Resolved to Send as Open under the personal setting, but it’s missing the the Send as Waiting option.
