Has anyone automated follow-ups for account check-ins or feature adoption using Front rules or integrations?
Looking for lightweight ways to ensure no account falls through the cracks without relying too heavily on manual tasks.

We’d recommend using auto-reply rules to send an automated follow-up email. Here’s an example of how that could work. 

1. Create a tag Onboarded] 
2. Create a rule to follow up 2 weeks later:
