Great feature. In the chat-box it is not working very well. It changed the subject in the conversation, but not in the analytics or overview in Front.
How can I have it extract the attached file name in order to replace the subject with it?
For example my PDF are EXAMPLEORDERNUMBER.pdf
I’d like to extract ‘’EXAMPLEORDERNUMBER’’ to replace the Subject with it
