Hi,

 

We are having some users with issues with snoozed items popping back up immediately in their assigned to me, and not at their snoozed time.

 

Can you please advise?

The most common reasons for snoozed conversations to reopen include:

  • A teammate commenting on the conversation (this is to ensure new activities are not missed by your team and the conversation stakeholders)
  • A teammate manually re-opening the conversation in their inbox (will only affect that teammate)
