Whatsapp Reaction 👍

Question

I have already integrated whatsapp to my FA, however when a user reats to a message it shows to me as empty message. ANyone could set this up to show in frontapp this reactions? (when a user clicks my message and reacts with an emoji)

@fernandasilvaCan you confirm which WhatsApp channel you are using (is it the native Front option or the one powered by Twilio or Number)?Also, it would be great if you added a screenshot of the empty message and what emoji you would expect to show up
