My company is finding too much overlap between how Slack and Front are used, and would like to streamline everything into Front. Has anyone else done this? If you did, what were some of the ways you customized Front to allow for more casual type conversation that wasn’t about a specific customer or project?

Hi @maddiemorris

Here is a related discussion that might help. TLDR it should be possible to handle all communications in Front, but it’s also okay to keep a mix between Slack/Front.

Thanks! Though the goal is to NOT be in Slack / not do a mix.

This is a great question about would love to know other users’ and developer’s thoughts on this as well.  We use both tools and have heard an occasional team member say they find monitoring both confusing. We also have an additional challenge to full Front discussion adoption as not all of our teams are in Front.
