Hi,

 

Is there a way to show accounts pinned on your sidebar without making a tag?

If you want one pin per account, than a tag is the best way. However, you could also use a view! You would still need to use tags to label each conversation, but then you could use a view to see a "batch" of accounts in one pinned section.

I’m afraid not - except by the View method that Phoebe outlined where you tag each conversation with the Account and then create a view for the tags.
