Hi, 

is it possible to dynamically change the SLA for a conversation based on the sentiment of the messages?

Hey Riccardo! 

Yes, this is possible! I just tested it to confirm.

You would need to create a different SLA rule based on each AI tag that could be added. Here is an example of how an SLA for positive queries might look:
