Hi @lindsey_biggs , I had this happen to me before! I suggest checking the rule to see if the stop processing other rules box is checked (screenshot below). It’s at the bottom of each rule.
For me, this was the reason my other rules weren’t executing as planned. Let me know if this helps!
Lindsey, did you set up any new rules that might clash with the existing ones? Just a heads-up, the order of your rules matters since earlier rules can interfere with the ones that come later. For example, if rule #1 conflicts with rule #5, it could prevent rule #5 from functioning properly.
