I'm wondering about better visual on Jira tickets. Is there a way to basically reopen a conversation when the conversation is ready to respond to or send a status change to Jira? I'm guessing this may be best with Zapier.

Receiving a "completed" status from a linked JIRA issue will trigger a "re-open" event on the conversation every time. The conversation would remain open unless it was archived/snoozed, so any re-open events occurring while the conversation is already in Open status would not functionally change the way that the conversation appears in the inbox.
