Currently the Slack integration does not work with sending outbound messages (new messages, not threads) since these outbound messages are not attached to a mailbox. How can I make it so these outbound messages send to Slack?

Hey @jackson !

You should be able to create a rule that still sends new outbound messages to Slack-- those messages are still in an inbox. The inbox they live in will depend on the channel you use to send the message. For example, if you send from support@company.com and that channel is connected to the inbox Support, then you will want to select the Support inbox for those messages to send to Slack.
