Hey there!

My team is currently creating a knowledge base in trainual.com. I was wondering if anyone could share some insight on how I could import this knowledge base into Front.com without just doing it manually. 

From what I’ve learned, if you want to fully import your knowledge base into Front, you do need to export and import a CSV file. Steps can be found here: https://help.front.com/en/articles/251264

Alternatively, if you’re using the Front chatbot option, you can link it to your external knowledge base and have it pull from there to answer questions. https://help.front.com/en/articles/788928
