Hi there,

 

We’re super happy with the ability to be able to set business hours and have SLAs/automations (like auto repliers) work based on them. The only thing we’re running into now is there’s no way to account for special days or holidays when configuring our business hours. Google solves for this by adding the ability to configure one-off day schedules (see below). Is there any way or plans to support special hours?

Do holiday hours cause an SLA breach for example if we are closed from Christmas to New Years but only Christmas and New Years are considered holidays? Will this say affect our response time analytics? 

 


@Deeya unfortunately it does cause a SLA breach which is the biggest annoyance for us!
