While you can share a conversation link, this is internal to teammates with Front access only: https://help.front.com/t/h4249w/conversation-id-message-id-and-links#permissions
As an alternative, you can use the visitor/guest functionality to invite external people to collaborate on conversations: https://help.front.com/t/m2s88v/invite-guests-to-your-front-conversations-or-internal-discussions

We’re not currently planning any changes to the way that conversation links currently work to allow them to share a conversation publicly. The guest/visitor invitation is what we would currently recommend and resolves most use cases that we’ve heard. If that’s not suitable for your workflow, we’d love to hear more about the process you’re looking to resolve as a submission to our Product Ideas Portal💡
