Has anyone found a workaround for how to bump up conversations or discussions that YOU have added a comment to? For example, I have a discussion with several colleagues, but every time I add a comment, it doesn’t bump it up to the top of my conversation list as unread. When they add a comment it does. I’ve been trying to find a workaround for this. Can’t quite do it with rules.

If you update the Bump setting in your Company settings to include `Replies and comments` does that change this as expected for this workflow?

@cat_apac I believe this setting is only for shared inboxes, correct? I was hoping for the same action, just on an individual inbox. 


That’s correct - the setting does only apply to shared inboxes.

Dang, I’m sorry! This isn’t something we support right now for individual inboxes… If it’s something you would like to see in the future, I’d recommend adding it as an idea to our Product Ideas Portal so that our product team can look into this as a future improvement.
