What is the single best Front tool you use for effectively managing shared inboxes?

Other Community members will be able to share their recommendations, I’m sure, but I thought I’d start off the thread replies here with one of my favourite features for this 😊 

 

We use Front internally (of course! 😎) and our Support team uses a tiered structure of inboxes and routing rules to organise our Support requests. This is great for keeping our support “queue” clean and clear for our support specialists, but it does lead to having to keep an eye on conversations in a few different places. 

To mitigate this, I like to use Views in my left-hand sidebar. By using Views, I can still respect our team’s overall workflow, while adapting certain parts of it to my own personal preference of how to view conversations, and inboxes together. I also highlight them with an emoji, rather than the standard inbox “colour” icon.
