I have a couple of team members that when I look at their assigned conversations - one of them has 53 and the other has 12. However, from their view they only have 2 or 3. These old conversations show to not be archived from my view but if you are logged in to their account they are not there.
Has anyone experienced this? I don’t know how to correct it.
Hi Janna, thanks for sending in this question! When you have a moment, could you reach out to our Support team with the names of the users, a screenshot of what you and they are seeing, and conversation IDs for a few of the conversations that you are seeing in your counts of 53 & 12 assigned conversations, but aren’t appearing in their sidebar’s assigned conversations tab? To find the conversation ID, click on the ... at the top of the conversation (to the left of the tag icon) and click Copy Conversation ID. We can look further into this for you 👍
