Hello everybody,

I have a problem with adding a member to my team.
I receive this message when I want to invite him: "an error occurred while sending the teammate invite"

I didn't find a solution...
Can you help me ?

Hello,

This may seem silly but did you make sure that the email address is spelled correctly. I know I have had some tricky names that I had to double-check.

Yes, I checked several times but it's OK, the technical team have been able to add my team-mates! I don't know what my problem was.
