Zapier / Import Message / Body did not satisfy requirements

Hello all,

Using the “Import message” event with a shared inbox. It fails because "Body did not satisfy requirements.”

Any suggestions?

99% of the time, this is caused by not sending a Content-Type: application/json header with your request;

Could that be the issue here?

Thanks Jason but I don’t see a way to edit the header on a “import message” event?

Thanks for clarifying - sounds like you’re using the Front > Import Message Zap action (rather than a webhook action).

Could you share screenshots/logs of specifically what you’re sending with api[at]frontapp.com, and we’ll take a look at the specifics with you.
