Could that be the issue here?

Thanks for clarifying - sounds like you’re using the Front > Import Message Zap action (rather than a webhook action).

Could you share screenshots/logs of specifically what you’re sending with api at]frontapp.com, and we’ll take a look at the specifics with you.
