Why do email arrive in a smaller font size than it has been sent?

Hi all,

When a sender uses Front to compose an email in let’s say font Calibri size 14, then I receive it in Front in font Calibri size 11?

What could be the reason for that and how do we fix it?

I’ve confirmed this behavior.  Let’s see if a “Fronteer” weighs in with an answer.  Otherwise, this might be worthy of a support ticket.  Related: Change your default text style (front.com)
