Currently I’m adding webhook via Rules.
I wanted to handle permanent deletion of conversation as well as merging conversations.
However I don’t see any trigger in rules for merging.
And after adding trigger “Conversation is deleted” it seems that event is not coming.
Am I doing something wrong?

We don’t have rule triggers for when a conversation is merged, but that is something that I suggest you submit to our Ideas Portal here! (https://community.front.com/ideas). As for your question regarding the webhook not firing upon triggering the “conversation is deleted” rule, can you please write in to our support email (support@frontapp.com) with specific examples? We can investigate further from there.
