I want to create rule that trigger when there is a failure to deliver an email. One of those case is when we send an email with attachment heavier than 20Mo.

I created those rules, but they don’t trigger when I send an email with an attachment heavier than 20Mo. Any idea why?

Hi @guillaume , this is probably something that needs to be inspected from Front’s backend. Could you get in touch with the team and ensure you send a specific message ID which you expected to trigger this rule?
