Passing custom fields through the Form channel

Hello there!
Is there any other solution, except for Rules, to update contact custom fields after Form* submission? I need to pass the form’s Extra Fields values to a contact.

Hi there,

Adding custom fields from a form response via a rule would be the most automatic way to update custom fields for a contact. If you’d like, you can also set up a programmatic way to update a contact field using our contacts endpoint, but the rule would be the most out-of-the-box solution!
