Hello! 

I’ve recently ben working through the FCA certification, and I’m excited by all the different aspects of Front that are available. I’m the head of the B2B division of my company, and serve as the admin for our employees who use Front, primarily our sales and customer service teams.

I’m wondering if there are any users who already use the same services that I use, and if you’ve figured out any clever context links that I could implement in my system. The most common services we receive communication from are Faire, QuickBooks, Asana, Shopify, and Dialpad Voice. 

If anyone has developed custom fields or context links for these services, I’d love to hear about it.

Thanks for your question! Front does have many native integrations with third-party Saas softwares. (For example, here is the one with Shopify: https://front.com/integrations/shopify)

We also already have a built in links connection with Asana (and others) as mentioned in our docs here: https://help.front.com/en/articles/2245#creating_and_syncing_links

Additionally, you can use our new Dynamic Objects feature to make a link for any recognizable pattern such as order number. https://help.front.com/en/articles/2002
