Hi,

 

I am using Front API to develop an automation. We have users currently use Front Chat. I am wondering whether there is a way to let Front Webchat should the bubble by the API?

 

We noticed that when people start responding on Front GUI, there is a bubble on the chat. But can we do it if we are interacting through API?

Hi Rob,

That’s an interesting idea, but unfortunately not something that is supported right now. I would encourage you to suggest this as a new feature via the Product Ideas portal to see if it’s something that can be supported in a future release.
