Our team is going to build an IM system for our customers and our employees.
we’d like to
- sync Sendbird messages from our customers to Front
- sync message from our employee replies in front to Sendbird thread
I saw you have rate limit policy, I want to know if this policy also applies to this api: https://dev.frontapp.com/reference/post_channels-channel-id-incoming-messages
If so, as our business grows, we are going to break through the limit quickly. what can we do to resolve this problem.
