Now we are using Twilio/Front integration as our WhatsApp channel. Is there a reason to switch to direct Front/WhatsApp integration? 

We love Twilio - their products are great.

WhatsApp functionality is pretty similar in both Front + Twilio versions.

You might want to consider switching your WhatsApp provider to Front if you prefer simpler, predictable pricing for unlimited phone numbers, and billing in one place (Front), rather paying Front for access + paying Twilio the pay-as-you-go messaging rate.
