We are improving our integration with Front and will store a reference to Front's conversation ID.

 

Are Front's conversation IDs unique over multiple Front accounts or are they unique on a per-account basis?

 

In more detail, if we have 2 Front accounts, Accounts and AccountB, is it possible that both accounts have a conversation with the same ID (for example cnv_123456?

Each conversation ID within Front is completely unique. You will not find 2 exactly matched conversation IDs, regardless of if they are part of a different company.
