Hello,

We are moving Front messages to our data warehouse using FiveTran, we are experiencing error while fetching the data via API. I initially contacted FiveTran, but they told me the error is coming from Front side and contact you guys. 

 

Below is the error message.

Hi Prit,

You’ll typically see this Plan Exceeded error when your Front account subscription has expired. This might happen when your account admin cancels your plan.
If this is unexpected, please reach out to your Front admins, or the Front Support team directly.
