Love all the new chatbot features - but when using chatbot a message is automatically hovering over the chat widget - is there a way not to have that and only have the chatbot start when a user actually opens the chat?

 

It is quite annoying for customers to have a big bubble showing if they have no intention of chatting.

We don’t currently have the ability to customize whether or not the welcome message is shown when visitors visit your site, but I would suggest that you add this as an idea in our community. and you can be notified when it’s implemented!


Is there an update on this? Or is there still no ability to hide the initial message above the chat widget?
