Are API tokens and webhook secrets created at the org level or tied to a specific account? For example, if I leave the company and my Front account is deactivated, will the API tokens and secrets that I’ve created still be active and valid?

They’re all created at the org-level, and not tied to any specific account.
If you leave your company, and your Front teammate account is de-activated, all the API tokens / webhook secrets you created will continue to work.
