Accounts not syncing with Contacts

When we get a new email with an account we have never seen before and then create the account using the API, why are the contacts not automatically added to this account?


We thought that front would sync these automatically based on the email domain?


I can see that the account is created and when I select “New Account” I can see the account we created via the API but the contact is not synced. Then in other cases it sometimes works...

Could you reach out to our support team with conversation IDs and domain examples? We can take a closer look at the examples you believe should have synced to an existing domain within your instance of Front, but this would involve sharing some details personal to your account that may not be best suited to a public forum such as this.
