@helena  Will the ticketing section ever become a part of the administrator certificate? Most of what will be needed form my position will be admin of the tickets and ticket system and a section regarding this would be helpful.

This course will be very helpful as we have an internal training meeting tomorrow on Ticketing Status. Please make this part of the administrator certificate as it is one of the most important aspects of using front.
