Hey Front community,

We're building a library of short, 3-5 minute videos to help you master Front faster and make your workflows smoother. Think bite-sized guides on features, workflows, and tips—perfect for quick learning and implementation! We still recommend you go through the full Front Academy courses, but these short videos will give you the basics to get going faster.

So, we need your input to make it awesome because we want it to be useful for you:
✨ What features should we cover?

✨ Which workflows or processes need a quick guide?

✨ Are there topics you’ve struggled with or want a refresher on?

✨ What topics do you or your teammates frequently get confused on?

Drop your ideas in the comments below! Be sure to include a brief description so we can tailor the content to what you need most. Let’s build something truly helpful together. 💡

My team often gets confused about conversation locations, both how to spot where a conversation is located and how to move it to a new place.

Along the same lines, “Inbox” (with all assigned, shared, etc.) vs. Private Inbox (sent straight to me)

When to create a shared inbox vs a shared tag!

Archiving “for me” within those different scenarios to ensure that team members can see messages sent to them

Looping people into threads via internal comments and unsubscribing from threads you don’t need anymore

  • The basics of Available Busy and Out of Office toggles.
  • How to @ someone. We frequently get people who will @ an email address or a group email address instead of a person since we use front with each department having their own workspace so they will need to reach out to someone in a different department to see a thread for input.
  • How to unsubscribe and subscribe from a thread.

It would be great to have a crash course for onboarding new users to help them convert their typical in experience in Outlook/Gmail into being a Front user.

I’d like to see something that covers the basics; including archiving and working within shared inboxes as a member of a team.
