Join us for a very exciting roadmap webinar where we unveil where Front is headed in the coming quarters. In this webinar recording, we cover:

  • 📱Where do we stand on a native SMS channel?
  • ✅ In addition to viewing data from third-party systems, you’ll be able to action on them right within Front
  • 🔀 Custom actions you can automate for Front, similar to macros in other tools
  • 🤖 So much AI, such as AI tagging and email reply suggestions
  • 📊 Revamped analytics with more visualizations and filtering
  • ❓ Q&A from the audience

We’ll answer any questions you have about the presentation, so leave them below and subscribe for updates 👀

@JohnW you asked this question during the webinar and we wanted to follow up with more info for you and anyone else watching later.

Your question was:

Is there a timeline for enabling Knowledge Bases to be semi-private, shared via Internet/Intranet access by a select group of Vendors/Customers/Etc, while remaining innaccessible to the General Public & Search Engines?

Though we currently don’t have the ability to segment visiblity by user group (you can build serparate KBs for the groups), we did recently launch the ability to turn on/off your KB indexing to control whether results show up in search engines. This means you can publish your KB and not have it searchable externally, and in the future AI features will be able to train on those internal KBs. Here’s that setting:

Let’s Make This Happen!

@helena Thank you for the great answer to my question.  The ability to turn off indexing is an excellent feature enhancement.  We still want the ability to make a KB accessible, via an Intranet or Internet connection, to customers, vendors or non-Front internal users, via a secure login!

For others that share our interest in seeing this become real, here is the “Ideas” link
