🎊 Smart QA — usability updates + expanded channel coverage
Hey everyone! A batch of improvements to make reviewing low-scoring teammate conversations faster, plus more channels covered out of the box.
Easier review of low scores in analytics
• Overall Conversation QA scores visible in every side-panel card — spot conversation performance at a glance
• Sort by score or creation time in side-panels — lowest/highest score and newest/oldest sorting now available in every Conversation side-panel opened from chart drill-throughs on Smart QA reports
• Smart QA date range filter now refers to the latest Smart QA Review Date — so filtering by date returns the conversations you actually expect
More channels supported for Smart QA & Smart CSAT
• Autopilot Resolve — fully supported
• Custom Channels — currently in beta
