This group is the home for everything happening with Front's MCP server. We're in active beta, which means a few capabilities are still being added (date filtering on conversation search is the main one we know about), and your feedback is what determines what we tackle next.

If you haven’t been granted access to the MCP server beta yet, please fill out this request form. If you can see the MCP Server option described in the Developer Portal article, then you already have access.
- Help Center article — overview of what the MCP server does, example workflows, and how to connect through an AI assistant directory (not yet available, but coming soon)
- Developer Portal article — technical setup for connecting as a custom remote MCP server using a Front developer app.
Follow the Developer Portal instructions for now. Once we launch on an official directory, you will be able to connect as described in the Help Center article.
Share your feedback as a new post in this group
The most useful thing you can do here is share what's working, what isn't, and what you'd like to see next. A few asks to make that flow well:
- Create a new post rather than replying to this one. New posts are easier for us to track, tag, and respond to individually.
- Be specific. A real prompt you tried, what you expected, and what happened goes a long way. Screenshots of the assistant's response are gold.
- Workflows are just as welcome as bug reports. If you've built something cool, share it — others will learn from it and we'll learn what patterns to design for.
We'll be active here, and your input directly shapes the roadmap. Looking forward to seeing what you build.
