Shared drafts

We use Claude to auto-draft replies in our shared Customer Service inbox for our team to review and send. It works, but every draft the connector creates is private to the connected user, so the rest of the team can't see them - which defeats the point of a shared inbox.

In the Front app you can mark a draft as shared so the whole team sees it. The MCP connector's create_draft has no equivalent - there's no shared/private option, and no separate "share draft" tool.

Could create_draft add a "shared" option (and/or a share-draft tool)? That would let automated drafts land as shared drafts the whole team can pick up and send, instead of being stuck as one person's private draft.

Thank you for submitting this use case! We have noted this request and can hopefully work on it soon.

Hi @rachael the engineers deployed a fix for this. You can now instruct your MCP to create a shared or private draft (shared is default when it’s in a shared inbox).

Let me know if you don’t see it working!
